Judge Realty proudly announces the two top producers, bringing in more than $20M combined sales and leases for 2016. From the residential department, Kim Iocovozzi’s sales exceeded $8M and from Judge Commercial, Michael Hardy exceeded $12M. Iocovozzi, a Savannah native, specializes in multi-family, estate lots, and marshfront subdivisions. Hardy, originally from Georgia, focuses on representing clients on investment acquisitions of land and income generating properties.
Iocovozzi found great success in the area west of Savannah, especially in the Bradley Point Estates area on Whitemarsh Island. Last year he sold The Clark Tract on Brian Wood Road to Pulte Homes who plan to develop 38 high quality homes in the $500,000 price range on the land. In addition to the land, he also sold 226 Commodore Drive, 1 Brigantine Court, and 125 Schooner Drive in the highly sought after Commodore Point neighborhood near the Savannah Yacht Club generating nearly $2M in sales. Hardy brokered the sale or lease of over 80,000 sf across Savannah and the surrounding areas leading Judge Commercial to another successful year.
As a whole, the market across Savannah, was up in number of sale from 2015 to 2016 with June bringing the lowest average number of days on market in at least the past 5 years. The median sale price rose beyond what it’s historically been and the median list price rose beyond what it’s been in the past 10 years.
