Judge Realty has announced that Debbie Dennis will assume responsibility as Broker-in-Charge for the firm, Sebastian Edwards has been promoted to Director of Property Maintenance and Ken Kicklighter has joined the firm as a Realtor Sales Associate.
Debbie Dennis previously owned and managed a real-estate company in Martha’s Vineyard and is duly-licensed in both Massachusettes and Georgia. Debbie has an extensive background in real estate, hotel and retail property and business management.
Lori Judge, the founder of Judge Realty, believes that Debbie’s promotion was the most natural decision to help make the company grow and transition into a multifaceted development and real estate company.
“Debbie has been with Judge Realty since its inception. She, more than most people, has seen the evolution and growth of our company first-hand and has unmatched experience in the field that will help move this firm into the future.”
Ken Kicklighter, a two-decade-long real estate professional has joined the firm as the newest Realtor Sales Associate. Ken has a BBA degree from the University of Georgia with majors in both Real Estate and Location Analysis and has worked previously in property management, green building and construction material sales in Jackson, Wyoming; Atlanta, Georgia; and Charleston, South Carolina.
Sebastian Edwards, a long-time Judge Realty employee, has been promoted to Director of Property Maintenance and will oversee more than 200 residential properties and commercial accounts currently under property management with the firm.
Recently Lori Judge’s beautiful 76-acre farm was featured in Savannah Magazine as part of their “My Favorite Place” feature. A haven for Lori, her family, and her friends; the farm features an abundance of flora and fauna, a large pool, and multiple outdoor activities. Purchased by Lori and her husband, Lou, in 2013, the home has been a labor of love for both of them. Lou grows yaupon tea for his company Asi Tea on the property, and Lori enjoys walking the orchards and hanging out in her “oasis”, the pool house. The grounds serve as the perfect place for their son Albert to enjoy his favorite activities, hunting, and fishing. There is even a small “hunting cabin” on the property outfitted with camo sheets and dark wood paneling, perfect for a young outdoorsman. Whether they are entertaining with friends or need some time away, Temples Farm is a true home away from home.
“Over there is hyssop and echinacea, and you won’t believe this Georgia basil,” she says, plucking a leaf that smells as sweet as honey. “And this is going to be a kumquat tree, and right here we have asparagus and pineapple sage and bee balm.”
