Judge Realty agents participated in the City of Savannah‘s anti–litter kick–off event on Saturday, March 2nd. Armed with orange trash pluckers and paper bags provided by the City, our agents left no can, bottle, cup or cigarette butt unplucked as they circled our Historic District office block. Statistics from environmental groups state that cigarette butts represent the biggest source of litter in the world and are the single biggest source of ocean pollution. Our Saturday pick–up results supported these facts as our agents plucked cigarette butts galore from the tree lawns, sidewalks, and gutters surrounding our block.
As part of the City‘s Adopt-A–Spot Program, the Judge Realty office has committed to maintaining our office block free of litter for one year. Interested in adopting your block? It‘s as easy as logging in with this link at Adopt-A-Spot Program.
Questions about the Adopt–A–Spot program? Contact Carliss Bates with this email CBates@savannahga.gov. Carliss is an enthusiastic, quick to respond representative of the program.
Several local organizations listed below have pledged support and organized events to keep Savannah trash free as well as educating the public on ways to reduce litter and adopt a recycling mentality. Anyone interested in joining their efforts can visit their websites and facebook pages for up to date information.

Congratulations to the Judge Realty August Top Producer David D’Arcy. With over a million in closed sales volume, David had a busy, productive month. As a testimony to David’s experience and professionalism, the majority of his buyers and sellers are repeat clients. Here’s what a few of his clients have to say about the million dollar service they received from David.
David was very professional in his approach to selling our property. He was able to find a buyer in a very slow market and work the deal to completion. Scott Taylor

David helped me find my first rental homes in the Savannah area. The homes were priced to sell and David ensured that we were in an excellent position to secure a deal in a multiple offer situation. His local area knowledge and experience gave me the edge I needed. Nancy Beskar
David is very diligent and works hard for his clients. Very prompt with information and appointments. Dawn Feiler
We’ve worked with David a couple of times to try to sell our unit. He always gave it his best even though we had to deal with a couple of “challenging” buyers. This time we finally got a solid buyer and the deal closed today. We really appreciate David’s perseverance and loyalty. He always kept a positive view and helped us negotiate a solid contract that worked for us and should work for our buyer. Randy Brasch
Two-story layout with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, with access to a private roof top deck. Leed certified green building. The interior has an industrial look with concrete and bamboo flooring, exposed ductwork, and large windows. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Step out onto a private balcony, or open your windows along the bamboo filled courtyard. Spiral stairs off the master take you up to the roof. The unit rents well. It would also make a great full-time residence. Great neighborhood with new development all around. Two tides brewing, Back in the Day Bakery, and Starland Cafe are just steps away.
