Last week in Forsyth Park it was tents, lights, and fashion. Savannah Fashion Week made the official leap into expanding the runway show by changing locations, throwing a top notch pre-party and adding five local established designers to the normal line-up of favorite boutiques.
Last week we made it to Charleston for Charleston Fashion Week. This five night celebration of fashion consisted of more than 35 shows with some of the talent coming from Savannah. Local designer Zachary Howell opened up the show on Tuesday night as an Emerging Designer. Mamie Ruth, Satchel. and Mliz Designs walked the retail runway on Friday evening.
