After working for several years representing buyers and sellers in Savannah, Lori Judge opened Judge Realty in 2005. Through Judge Realty, Lori’s personal commitment to community involvement, lifestyle, and environmental integrity have become professional principles. As evidence, Lori is one of Savannah’s only certified EcoBrokers. Lori grew up in Princeton, Illinois and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa. She moved to Georgia in 1999 and presently resides in Savannah’s Historic District with her husband and son. Lori is devoted to her company, her family, and – when time allows – her tennis game. Lori is a member of various local and civic groups and organizations, including the Telfair Museum, the SCAD Museum, the Davenport House, Savannah Tree Foundation, Georgia Conservancy, EcoBrokers, Flannery O’Connor House, Historic Savannah Foundation, US Green Building Council, Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Downtown Neighborhood Association, and Downtown Business Association.
Congratulations Bobby Vermillion. A $2,400,000 commercial sales and leasing volume makes Bobby the Top Producer for the month of April.
Judge Realty Founder and CEO Lori Judge, pictured here with the Big Bon Bodega Family, shared an important role in this recently opened Bodega. When Bodega owner Kay Heritage was looking for a space to open her bricks and mortar Big Bon Pizza spin off bodega location she contacted Lori for assistance. After exploring many possible commercial locations, the opportunity to lease the newly renovated building at 2011 Bull Street became available.
Judge Realty Property Management Division, oversees leasing of the residential and commercial spaces of this architectural gem. Previously a gas station, the building retains much of its former mid-century character. The owner added a residential component making this an exemplary model of how a building can be repurposed for a present use yet remain sensitive to the neighborhood character and history.
Judge Realty has a business mission statement that places clients’ needs above all else. We posed the following questions to Big Bon Bodega for feedback on the leasing process and to follow-up on how their experience with this office measured up to our service goals.
1. What made you choose Judge Realty? “It has always been ‘human relationship‘ when we choose whom we do business with. Lori Judge has always been such kind and thoughtful person, professionally and personally. She truly cared about our team and was able to share the vision for our company and correctly pairing us with the right building owner. We are so grateful for her.”
2. How would you describe the process from contract to close. How did we do? “Judge Realty team has been nothing but professional and caring from the initial meeting to final closing.”
3. Advice for other small business interested in leasing properties? “Choose Judge Realty! Choose to work with people whom you can trust from your gut; whom you can be life long friends! We chose Judge Realty and so glad we did!”
Thanks for the love and positive feedback Big Bon Bodega! Congratulations on the grand opening of your new venture. So glad that we could share the Big Bon Family business journey. Judge Realty is looking forward to enjoying your wood-fired bagels and other items in this new location.

What has approximately 500 bedrooms, 300 baths, and a yearly occupancy rate of 98%? It‘s the Judge Realty Residential Rental Property Management Portfolio. Representing investment property owners and tenants, this active division has provided residential management services since 2005. What began as a vehicle to assist investors seeking to maximize returns on their rental properties purchased through the Judge Realty Sales Division and alleviate the stress of owner self–management; this division has blossomed into a large scale Property Management Department with a full-time Director of Property Management, Danny Worsley, a full–time Director of Property Maintenance, Seb Edwards, and a designated Leasing Agent, Jessica Burford. Together this dynamic team oversees the needs of both owners and tenants. As testimony to their skills and attention to detail here are just a few of the Google five star reviews they have received:
“We have been working with Danny to rent out our 1st house. It‘s not only our first time being homeowners, it‘s also our 1st time being renters and that has left us with 100‘s of questions, literally. Danny is not only professionally top notch, he also helps take the pressure off. My husband and I actually got a good night sleep after our 1st meeting with him after nights of stress. Judge Realty is a well–oiled machine set up to handle it all, zero of my questions went unanswered.“ – Kennedy K.
“I must say that Danny Worsley, Property Manager at Judge Realty has been the best property manager I have had in the 3.3 years of renting. I had been a homeowner for decades before renting and dreaded the whole idea. Some of the previous PM’s I have dealt with took days if ever to return calls and texts regarding any situation that may have arised. Danny returns calls, texts and resolves any problem or situation pretty much within hours. He is polite, professional, relaxed, hassle-free making renting one of his represented properties worry free.” – Karen A.
“Judge Realty is a TERRIFIC place to rent from in Savannah, GA. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, courteous, and timely – from the agent who originally showed us the apartment to the maintenance man- Judge Realty had us covered!” – Amand J.

Casey Anderson, a Savannah native, gained her first sales experience in high school at Savannah Restoration. Working for her family’s business Casey managed clients, rentals, and handled other office affairs. Casey attended St. Vincent’s Academy in downtown Savannah then went on to the University of Georgia where she graduated with an Associates degree and Bachelors degree in Psychology. Since graduation, she helped manage her family’s multiple rental properties throughout Savannah which made her realize her passion was helping people find a place to call home. Since then she has gained over 10 years experience in the real estate market in Savannah. She often finds herself working with first-time buyers and says the goal is to take an overwhelming situation and walk buyers through so they feel confident in the process.
Casey loves the fact she works and lives in beautiful downtown Savannah. Having grown up on Talahi Island her love for Savannah’s waterways remains strong. When she isn’t working she enjoys boating to Daufuskie Island, swimming off her childhood dock or hanging with friends and family.
Congratulations to Pam Peterson. Pam‘s February sales volume totaled $1.5 million which makes her the Top Producer for the month.
Judge Realty agents participated in the City of Savannah‘s anti–litter kick–off event on Saturday, March 2nd. Armed with orange trash pluckers and paper bags provided by the City, our agents left no can, bottle, cup or cigarette butt unplucked as they circled our Historic District office block. Statistics from environmental groups state that cigarette butts represent the biggest source of litter in the world and are the single biggest source of ocean pollution. Our Saturday pick–up results supported these facts as our agents plucked cigarette butts galore from the tree lawns, sidewalks, and gutters surrounding our block.
As part of the City‘s Adopt-A–Spot Program, the Judge Realty office has committed to maintaining our office block free of litter for one year. Interested in adopting your block? It‘s as easy as logging in with this link at Adopt-A-Spot Program.
Questions about the Adopt–A–Spot program? Contact Carliss Bates with this email CBates@savannahga.gov. Carliss is an enthusiastic, quick to respond representative of the program.
Several local organizations listed below have pledged support and organized events to keep Savannah trash free as well as educating the public on ways to reduce litter and adopt a recycling mentality. Anyone interested in joining their efforts can visit their websites and facebook pages for up to date information.
