  Kim Iocovozzi was born and raised in Savannah. He attended Benedictine Military School and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1980. Licensed to sell real estate in 1985, Kim worked under Tim Adams and Bill Lynes at Lynes Realty until 1989 when he join the sales team at Prudential Southeast Coastal Properties. In 1991, he was recruited into the mortgage business. Five years later, he left the real estate and mortgage business to fulfill his passion to pursue life as an art dealer, dealing in 19th and 20th Century American and European paintings. In 2010, Kim reestablished his real estate license with Lori Judge and Judge Realty. Kim was proud to be named Judge Realty's Top Producer for two years in a row, 2011 and 2012. Kim still maintains his art dealership and gallery located at 349 Abercorn St next door to the Judge Real Estate office.

  Patti Richards and her husband moved to Savannah's Baldwin Park neighborhood ten years ago. After pursuing various real estate interests in both Florida and Cape Cod, they founded Pristine Management, LLC as real estate investors and subsequently bought and sold countless properties. The Richards' also personally restored a dozen historic homes, many of which they manage as investments today. Before moving to Savannah, they owned and managed a real estate company on Martha's Vineyard. In addition to maintaining real estate licenses in both Georgia and Massachusetts, she is co-owner of the downtown Smoothie King. Living, working, and owning a downtown business has been a successful combination for Debbie.    Rhett initially came to Savannah as a teacher in the mid 70’s. Even 

  though he enjoyed his teaching role he soon entered the Real Estate 

  Industry. Since the late 1970’s Rhett has been in the field of commercial 

  real estate and has been fortunate to be involved with in the sale of some 

  of the region’s quality developments and restorations. These projects
